Real Time Operator Panel

The Real Time Operator panel is a graphical presentation that runs in your web browser and displays status on:

  Extensions:  Display Info includes: extension number, name, in-use, duration of call, called/calling party number (if desired)

  Queues: Display info includes: queue name, names of queue agents logged into the queue, calling numbers of callers in queue, duration of calls in queue

  Parking Slots: Display info includes: slot extension, calling party number in slot, and duration of call in slot.

  Conference Rooms: Display info includes: conference room name, calling numbers of callers in room, active talker indicator per call, participant duration.

 

Each user/extension can have its own subset of extensions on display, or none at all.  Likewise the other elements such as Queue information or parking slots can be made available or not on a per user basis.
