Network Operations Support Associate

Monmouth Telecom is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the full-time position of Network Operations Support Associate Level 1. Monmouth Telecom, headquartered in Red Bank, New Jersey, is a dynamic and fast-growing Telecommunications company. We offer a complete package of voice and data solutions for small, medium and large business customers throughout New Jersey.

Experience requirement

  • 0-1 year
  • Willing to train the right person for a great career in the telecommunications industry

Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Proficient in PC use
  • Understanding Customer urgency
  • Applicant may be required to work overnights and/or weekends

Position duties include but not limited to:

  • Voice and Data Customer support.
  • Diagnostics of routers, switches and other telecom equipment
  • Support Desk duty – CLEC / ILEC trouble reporting, tracking, updating
  • Voice and Data diagnostics
  • Email Support and Diagnostics
  • Must be able to work unsupervised and have the greatest sense of urgency
  • Telecom/Networking Experience is a PLUS! (but not required)

Salary:  $32,000.

Paid vacation, paid sick time, paid personal days, 401(k) Plan and Health Benefits Package.
