Monmouth Telecom’s offering as a Managed Service Provider is custom tailored from a range of different services to meet each individuals needs. Service Offerings

Remote Monitoring/Management (RMM) - Remote monitoring and access for workstations and servers.  Includes up to date patching and basic computer troubleshooting.

Secure Backups – Image backups for critical systems, Backups for workstations, backups encrypted in the long term cloud storage. Optional local backup device for short term storage.

Network Monitoring - Active monitoring of the firewall and network switches for uptime and functionality.

EDR, XDR, Anti Virus - Endpoint security/Antivirus to protect the environment on a per device basis to help prevent damaging threats that may cause a disaster recovery situation. XDR integrates different security tools and unifies independent security operations across multiple security layers.

Windows & Office 365 Support– Implementation, troubleshooting problems, and providing patch updates

Web Content Filtering - Outbound Web Proxy to help keep business machines for business purposes.

Network Equipment Configuration and Deployment- Spec, configure, and integrate switches, firewalls, and wifi devices for existing LAN environments. Establish remote device access rules and application lock down.

Managed DNS/SSL- Manage and keep track of customer DNS records and SSL certificates.  Requires access to the customer's DNS control panel and access to any servers that require SSL certificates

 

Co-Management & Consulting– Provide insight and design for End of Life (EOL) equipment or for IT projects. VPN implementations, staff reorganization, additional equipment, software upgrades, and software changes Anti Virus software.
