Setup new E2000. All was fine and working nielcy. Suddenly, cannot find page etc. In other words cannot reach internet. Did all the usual things like unplugging, waiting and connecting again but nothing. Finally, take the yellow cable (internet cable) out of and plug into computer where the blue cable should be thus bypassing the E2000. All works again while on main system. Then took yellow cable out of computer and back into E2000, and plugged blue cable back into DELL computer everything works. Do not ask me why. All is well for a day or less, then same procedure. Now I am on internet but not through E2000. Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong and I would really appreciate it. Using XP. We have a Cisco E2000 but during a move we have misplaced the password. Can we reset up with a new password? We do have computer connected with the wireless connection. Can we retrieve the password from it?
