The office of Religious Education of St. Michael's Church will enable people to grow in the knowledge of God through increased understanding of the Bible and the basic teachings of the Roman Catholic Church, to respond to God's love expressed through Jesus Christ by meaningful participation in the sacraments and to grow in fellowship and discipleship as they are encouraged to discover and use their spiritual gifts in the service of one another and the world. Saint Michael's Prayer Chain St. Michael’s has a Prayer Chain consisting of approximately 75 members, who are on call to pray for urgent prayers for parishioners or family members. If you are in need of their assistance, please call Jen at the rectory office at 732-222-8080, Ext. 11. How to Pray The Rosary Pope Paul V said" The rosary is a treasure of gifts". Pope John XXIII spoke 38 times about our Lady and the Rosary, he prayed 15 decades daily. Our Lady has 117 titles. She selected this title at Fatima: "I am the Lady of the Rosary." ATTENTION CCD PARENTS: Religious Education classes will be starting on Tuesday, September 23rd from 4-5pm and Sunday, September 28th from 10-11am all classes will be held at the Deal School. Welcome letters will be mailed out the first week of September so watch your mail for important information.
