Police reported that sometime prior to 5:12 p.m. on June 18, someone spray-painted graffiti on the back of a Cass Street residence. The home is located adjacent to the Henry Hudson Trail.

11/6/01 - A juvenile was arrested last week for exposing himself to a woman on the bike path near Robinson Road.  On Friday, Oct. 26, at approximately 7:30 a.m., a woman reported that the boy exposed himself to her as she passed by on the bike path. The boy also made sexually suggestive actions, she said.

On October 4, 2001, I received a call from a neighbor that a man and woman were walking the Monon Trail south of 106th St. peering into people's backyards and windows.

Carmel police respond to report of shots on Monon Trail.

He also said that a man has been sighted walking nude on the trail in Carmel at least three times. No arrest has been made.

He also said the Carmel does not have an ordinance prohibiting use of the trail at night. And that if someone is on the trail peering into the back windows of a home, an officer can do nothing.
