Adult Lessons

Service Opportunities

Just follow these four easy steps:

Step 1. Decide which of our programs suits you best.

	Adult Beginner Lessons—for men and women over 18 who have never rowed before and sweep rowers who rarely or never sculled in a single and who haven’t rowed in years. See adult lessons page for details.
	Youth Programs—several options for 14 to 18 year olds with or without rowing experience to row in supervised groups. See youth programs page for details.
	Membership—Entitles adults (over 18) with sculling experience to use NRR boats and facilities and/or to keep their privately owned boats at our site. College student and additional family member discounts available. See membership page for details.
