Refresher Sessions:

Informal group sessions to polish rowing skills that may have gotten a little rusty since last season.  Also helps experienced rowers who are new to NRR get to know rules, policies, and the river.  Mostly weekend morning hours, beginning May 17, 2008 and scheduled upon request through June.  Contact Chris at 610-334-8345 or cmm67@drexel.edu

Beginner Continuation Sessions:

For adults who complete beginner lessons in 2008 and sign up for a beginner continuation membership (see membership). A 2-hour lesson/orientation session covers NRR rules and polices, boat care and selection procedures, row-able weather and water conditions, features of the Navesink and more.  Coached time on the water too.  Coaches will tell you how to schedule at the end of your beginner lessons.
