Rowing is a great,
versatile sport that can be done singly or as part of a crew; at a
leisurely, relaxed pace or at a vigorous one for a terrific aerobic
workout without the bone-jarring impact of other cardio activities. Rowing is both an ideal form of
recreation and an excellent avenue for exhilarating, limit-pushing
competition. Its as fun and rewarding for a 40, 50 or 80-year-old
as it is for a teenager. NRR members fit into all categories. NRR
membership
gives them an opportunity to experience any or all aspects of rowing.
