The Adult Education Committee is honored to present Dr. Mark L. Kligman, Assistant Professor of Musicology at Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion. His cum laude, undergraduate degree in music theory from California State University at Northridge eventually brought Dr. Kligman to his doctorate in musicology from NYU. A popular teacher of Jewish music and liturgy in the New York area, Dr. Kligman is also the author of several publications including the forthcoming Contemporary Jewish Music in America: 1967-1997, American Jewish Yearbook, 1999.

Everyone is invited to participate in any or all of the sessions. Reservations should be made for Saturday evening and Sunday morning. There is no charge for the programs, but donations to the Joan Goodman S-I-R Fund will be gratefully accepted.
