Thank you for visiting my Counting Crows pages. I love to get feedback from people, and I would really love to share it with everybody. But since I am too busy right now to put up all the email forms I get, I figured an automated CGI script would do the trick...please add to my guestbook!

I have loved CC ever since I first heard them on the radio. I've got a cool story about CC and Rain King. Three years ago, I was doing a book report for my English class. While typing up the report I got a sudden and severe case of writers' block. At this point my dear mother decides that a short trip out of the house will do me some good. In the car, on the way to Knoxville (I'm from Maryville - about thirty minutes away) I heard the song Rain King for the first time. The book report was on a book called Henderson the Rain King by Saul Bellows. I discovered later that the song was based on the book. I finished the report that night. I've been a die hard CC fan ever since.

I am 15 and the only thing I listen to is Bob Dyln( nothing beats Blonde on Blonde, nothing) but after my younger brother got August and Everything After I eventually stole it from him. +Anna Begins is Bob worthy. +l must say, though, I'm not too keen on RTS.

Hey there It's been a while since I managed to check out the page (been kinda busy with RtS and work), but just thought I'd drop a note to say it's come along beautifully - magnificent job Chad! I'm signing in from my mother's house in Holland, so the email that's registered is wrong - I'm pra95ac@shef in case anyone cares, a European CC fan who is just dying for them to get their asses over here again to fill the world with perfect blue buildings and bring on the rain. The new album is exquisite - I never thought I'd be seduced from August, but I can't help but adore RTS too - the title song pulls at my heartstrings, and both the Horsedreamers Blues and Children in Bloom are enough to make my day anytime (though August, and especially Anna Begins will always be special to me - not least cos that's my given name). ANyhow, Merry Xmas and all the best for 97 - I'll be dropping by again soon!

I love the C.Crows. When August came out, it sang me to sleep every night. +Recovering is just as addictive as the first and I find myself listening to it 2 or 3 times straight-it's so hard to stop listening to. +I think that if you truly love a band, you will never get sick of any of their songs and moreover yearn for new ones. +I came to this conclusion only after stumbling upon the Counting Crows.

Great job with the Crows pages! I love them..especially the song Anna Begins. His voice has such a haunting quality to it that it drives me crazy.

Hi everyone. I'm the one who won the tickets to see Counting Crows at Beacon Theater Thursday night. I must say that the concert was amazing. I absolutely loved it. I went up to the stage after the show and asked one of the guys clearing the stage if I could have Adam's water bottle that was still up there. And he got it for me! I'm not an obsessed fan or anything, but I think it's pretty cool. If anyone has an opportunity to get tickets and go to a show, don't pass it up. I almost missed them because I didn't buy tickets for the New Brunswick show. I'm lucky I won them for NY. The show was so great!

I saw their concert on Nov. 27th at the 9:30 club in Washington DC and it was the best concert I've ever went. +Adam's performance is indescribable, his songs are filled with emotions, even makes me wanna cry. + I am so glad they decided not to play Mr. Jones as part of their set list because they aren't about that one song which brought them the most popularity. +Counting Crows has a few "rock" songs, but most of them is more folk/mopey type than anything, and that's how I see them and love them for. +Everyone was screaming for them to play that song, but in the end they disappointed them but I was relieved they didn't. + I like that song but it'd be too obvious to play that. +All I can say is that Counting Crows is best seen at a small club or stage, more intimacy to the music. +And as for the concert, it was orgasmic. +

Adam Duritz- the true musical genius of this century. +His words, his imagery, is so well expressed- his emotions harboring tangible meaning. +No other's lyrics, no other's heartfelt voice can send chills through my body and leave the emotional mark that Adam has. +I went to Counting Crows' show on Dec. 2 in New York City and something unusual happened. +Adam fell during "Angels of the Silences" +and hurt his ankle and leg really bad. +For the entire concert he was limping and had to sit down a couple of times and at one point go get his leg taped. +What I totally admired was that Adam continued the concert- his beautiful voice was not effected one bit by his pain. +This is because Adam utilizes all his emotions in his songs. +Pain can not hinder his heaven sent talents. +I will never forget seeing Adam's heroic performance and witnessing his true grace as he put all his energy into his songs, not dwelling on his physical pain.
