Deposit
To guarantee reservation and hold dates, a
deposit of 50% total rental is required. This deposit must be received within 7
days of booking. A written confirmation and lease will be sent to you upon
receipt of the deposit. The balance of the rental fee is due six weeks prior to
arrival.
Cancellation
Policy
For a refund of deposit,
cancellation request must be in writing and received 60 days prior to arrival
date (less $50 administrative fee). Any cancellations
less than 60 days prior to arrival forfeits deposit, unless home can be
rented.
Pets
are not allowed!
