Over twelve years experience in building and building systems design for new construction and for rehabilitations, specializing in mechanical systems. Responsible for system load calculations, equipment specification, system layout and analysis. Typical projects include institutional, industrial, commercial, retail, municipal and residential applications.
Design of mechanical systems for numerous laboratories, hospitals, libraries, office and municipal buildings, retail spaces, churches, residences, industrial plants and schools. Work included inspection and recording of existing systems where applicable, and reuse or removal of such systems as required. Inspection of construction was also performed for most projects. Design of HVAC and plumbing systems for renovation of historic train station, Ocean County, New Jersey.
Design of mechanical systems for new Ethylene Oxide (ETO) Sterilization Room, ventilation systems for infectious isolation control for several patient rooms, and mechanical systems upgrade for a CT Scanning Room, and conversion of maternity wing to single room (SRM) occupancy for Newton Memorial Hospital, Newton, New Jersey.
Design of mechanical systems and project management for a new 100,000 square foot nursing and assisted living facility, Brick Nursing, Brick, New Jersey.
