This Agreement is subject to and controlled by Monmouth Telephone and Telegraph Inc.'s federal and state tariffs as applicable and by Monmouth Telecom’s Standard Service Agreement Terms and Conditions of service [see items Number 1 thru 3 below], as such tariffs and terms may be modified from time to time and all of which are hereby expressly incorporated by reference.
