Quota Implementation
A system
wide Email Disk Quota check has been added to the email server. Any email sent to an email
account over its 5MB limit will not be accepted until the mailbox is below its limit.
Customers who are paying for additional disk space will have up to their allowed purchase
disk total.
When configuring your email client, please keep this disk
quota implementation in mind if you have "Leave Messages On Server Checked" in
your email client.
If you should have any questions about this change or wish
to increase the size of your email box, please email support@monmouth.com for more
information.

Email - Zip Attachments
Recently an onslaught of potent viruses with zip attachments
have been spreading havoc on the Internet. In response to these new viruses, Monmouth
Telecom has placed a temporary block on all e-mails with .zip attachments. If you receive
e-mails with .zip attachments regularly, and need us to remove the block from your
account, please send us an e-mail to support@monmouth.com and we will do that for you.

Some customers may experience intermittent busy signals due to a pending
upgrade in Monmouth Internet's line capacity. These busy signals are only temporary and

New 10 Digit Dialing Effective 12/01/01
Residential and Business Customers
Starting December 1, 2001 , 7 digit dialing will no longer work as
you will need to use the *new* 10 digit dialing scheme. To place a call, the area code + phone number will have to be

New Dialup Customer
Support Hours: 11/26/01
Monmouth Internet has revised our Customer Support hours
for residential and commercial dialup users. The new hours are based on the averaged
call volume over the past 6 months which has shown to be practically non-existent on
weekends and after 8pm. We apologize for this inconvenience but we are confident in your
understanding of this matter caused by the down slide of the call volume in conjunction
with the economy.
Starting Monday 10/15/01, the new schedule will be
implemented.
