Configuring Outlook Express
For Mac

  From the Edit menu, select Preferences.

	In the Accounts list, select E-mail.
Type your real name as you'd like it to appear on the Internet in the Full name field. Then type your email address in the E-mail address field. Your SMTP Server is smtp.monmouth.com; your account name is your username; the POP Server is mail.monmouth.com. You can save your mail password if you like, but be forewarned that anyone with access to your computer and your Teleport dialup account will be able to access your email if you save your password. The Account Name should be your username
	Select News from the Accounts list.
	In the Server name field, type: news.monmouth.com; the Server Address is news.monmouth.com. Put a check next to "Display this news server....".
	From the Outlook Express menu, select Message Composition.
	The sending format for both Mail and News should be "Plain text." This ensures that everybody can read the mail you send them, not just the folks who have the newest mailreaders. Everything else should be fine.
	Click the OK button. You're configured!
