Versatile

CPE Installation
Monmouth Telecom will provide the Integrated Access Device (IAD), which is customer
configured to your service. Monmouth Telecom retains the responsibility for your circuit

-Teleblock: This feature allows Telemarketing customers to comply with the current
Federal and State DO NOT CALL lists. This feature is
attached to the Telemarketers lines and queries the DNC lists to see if the
call party is allowed to receive calls from Telemarketers.
-Remote call forward : Remote call forward allows
a customer to dial a call forward access number from the road or outside of the office to
set
the desired call forward for a hunt group or direct lines. The
customer does not have to be on site to setup this forward but rather can do it at
their convenience from any telephone line when not in the office.
