friends, family, and colleagues to Monmouth Telecom.
How Does it work?
When a new customer joins our service, they just need to
let us know that you referred them. At the end of their second month of service,
Monmouth Telecom will credit your account the amount of $19.95* which can be used solely as credit towards your active
account.
Can I receive more than one
credit ?
Absolutely! For every person who joins, you receive a $19.95 credit* to your account. Bring 12 friends
who join, and you just took care of a year worth of personal Internet Dial Up service*.
Can I trade in my Credit for
cash?
Sorry, but no. We will credit your account in the amount of
$19.95*, and it may not be
used for anything else. There is no "Cash" value of this credit as it may only
be applied to your existing active account.
Can I transfer my credit to
another Monmouth Telecom account?
Sorry again, but no. Your credit will only be for the
account name that is mentioned at the time your referral joins*. You may not transfer your credit to anything else.
What happens if my friend
forgets to mention me?
Your name/account must be brought to our attention at the
time the customer joins. If there is no referral mentioned at the time of "sign
up", then no credit will be issued*.
What if my normal service is
more the $19.95 per month?
The credit will be for a total of $19.95 which is equal to
a Personal Dial Up account, paying on a monthly basis. If your service requires a
different fee, the $19.95 will be applied towards your next billing cycle.
*Terms of Bring a Friend referral program.
The credit amount is $19.95 per referral and
will not exceed that amount.
The new customer must retain Internet Service
for a minimum of 2 months while paying for service at the normal rate. Your credit will be
issued at the end of the 2, paid for, months.
This program is for NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY. This
program is not valid for reconnection of any account, or account owner who has had
previous service, or is currently inactive. The credit can only be given to active
customers of Monmouth Telecom.
The Referrer's name/account must
be brought to our attention at the time the customer joins. If there is no referral
mentioned at the time of "sign up", then no credit will be issued.
The $19.95 credit cannot be traded in for
cash, or any other service. It will be solely used as a credit towards your next billing
cycle. |
