- Adam, Ben, and Dan recorded takes on nine songs last week for the new album.
- The first song to be fully written is called, "St. Robinson in his Cadillac Dream."
- Matt returns home in less than two weeks to begin work on the album.
- Big news in CC land...here it is. This is all from a post by Adam in the AOL folder this week. They have found the house to record the album in. They're setting up the studio next week, and after all the guys arrive, they're gonna start recording. The record probably won't be out till next year.
- The other Big News...They are releasing a Double CD live album in June or July. One of the CD's will be Acoustic Storytellers, and the other will be the Hammerstein Ballroom show.
- Although they didn't win...Counting Crows/The Wallflowers 1997 Summer Tour, was nominated by the Concert Industry Association in the Most Creative Tour Package Category. They were beat out by the Lilith Fair.
- I added some new midi's to my Midi Page.
- Good Luck was indeed recorded for the Soundtrack to Burn. The song features Adam on piano, and some horns in the background. Still uncertain as to whether or not we'll ever hear it...
- Burn will be screened at the Seattle Film Festival in May
- Hopefully, the band will be getting together this month to begin work on the next album...
- Adam joined Matchbox 20 on stage in Seattle last week for their encore.
- Storyteller's is still up in the air.
- Here's a cool interview/article I found on the web with David Bryson from last March...
